While you wait, you can relax in our comfortable waiting area, with television and magazines available for your enjoyment.
When it’s time for your appointment, your dentist will welcome you into the treatment room and take the time to understand your needs and answer any questions you may have.
Your comfort, wellbeing and peace of mind are our highest priorities. Please feel free to ask questions at any stage as we want you to feel comfortable, informed and confident about your dental care.
WHAT WILL I RECEIVE AT MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Your first general check-up will include:
- Full mouth examination
- Two radiograph x-rays and OPG (if required)
- Scale and clean
- Fluoride treatment plan
- Full treatment plan
- Discussion about treatment plan
Most health funds also have the option of giving you on the spot quotes via HICAPS terminal. Any treatment that you require can be quoted once your treatment plan is completed, showing you how much rebate you will get from your health fund.
Super Care
We can help you access early release of your superannuation to help fund your dental treatment if it is deemed appropriate.
HICAPS Instant Claims Payment
We have a HICAPS terminal which allows for easy, on the spot claims with all major health funds.

Medicare Teen Dental Plan
The Medicare Teen Dental Plan helps you with the cost of annual preventative dental. Available for all teenagers who are aged between 12-17 years with the total benefit entitlement capped @ $1000 per child over a two year calendar year period.
