FUTURE PATIENTS

When you arrive to your appointment, you will be welcomed by our friendly receptionist who will ask you to complete the necessary paper work about you medical history and general details. Alternatively, you can download the Medical History form here online and bring it with you to your appointment. You can make use of our comfortable waiting area, fitted with television and magazines. Your dentist will take you through to your treatment room. Your comfort and wellbeing is our biggest priority, so don’t be shy to ask questions.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE AT MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

Your first general check-up will include:

  • Full mouth examination
  • Two radiograph x-rays and OPG (if required)
  • Scale and clean
  • Fluoride treatment plan
  • Full treatment plan
  • Discussion about treatment plan
  • New patient pack
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

  • Your health insurance card (if you have private health insurance)
  • A list of current medications

Most health funds also have the option of giving you on the spot quotes via HICAPS terminal. Any treatment that you require can be quoted once your treatment plan is completed, showing you how much rebate you will get from your health fund.

Medicare Teen Dental Plan

The Medicare Teen Dental Plan helps you with the cost of annual preventative dental. Available for all teenagers who are aged between 12-17 years with the total benefit entitlement capped @ $1000 per child over a two year calendar year period.
