Dr Julia Boecksteiner – Senior Dentist

Dr Julia graduated with first class honours from Melbourne University Dental School in 1994, and has been a qualified general dentist practicing in private practice for over 25years.

She has helped to establish and grow the Caroline Springs Dental Practice since its inception in 2005.

Julia has a keen interest in all aspects of general dentistry. In particular, she has developed her knowledge and skills in the cosmetic dental field and has helped countless patients achieve the confidence to smile.

Her gentle and compassionate nature has brought many loyal long term patients to the practice who have followed her throughout her dental career.

When she isn’t helping patients, Julia likes exploring her artistic side through painting and drawing, and enjoys navigating the Melbourne bike trails.

Dr Paul Soryal – Associate Dentist

Dr Paul Soryal to our Caroline Springs Dental practice and the local community. A little bit about Dr Paul, he has striven for excellence in & outside of the field of dentistry. He has built his career upon relentless professionalism and delivering the utmost care to each of his patients on a reproducible basis.

Dr Paul, has immediately established a strong patient base in the local community & many have instantly taken to him, now requesting him to be their regular long term dentist. This is due to the time he takes to gently manage his patient’s needs, while maintaining kindness and gentlemanly attitude.

He has a special interest in: orthodontics, wisdom teeth surgery and overall complex general dentistry.

Lisa Coles Practice Manager

Lisa has been a qualified Dental Nurse for over 24 years. She qualified with credits.

Lisa originally started at our practice as a Dental Nurse, she then expanded into a Receptionist role, and finally Practice Manager. She has been a loyal employee here at Caroline Springs Dental for over 21 years. Only leaving for the birth of each of her 3 children, then returning shortly after.

Lisa is always passionate about training and furthering herself within these fields and is extremely supportive towards the team. She is constantly cheering the team on, as they too excel in their careers, dreams and lives – just as they do for her.

Lisa and the team all work very hard together, to ensure that they produce their very best work. Ensuring each patients ultimate outcome; to be able to smile with pride, confidence and feel beautiful within themselves – that’s what Lisa loves best. Teeth are everything to her, along with the happiness of all our patients.

Over the years that Lisa has been here, she has created great bonds and friendships with our patients. Our patients and their beautiful families make us who we are today and we make sure we strive to be the very best. Lisa has seen so many families grow in her time here, it has been a beautiful and honourable experience for her. She especially looks forward to catching up with our clients when they return for their appointments. It’s always great to hear about our patients adventures and how they and their families have been. We truly are a BIG family here at Caroline Springs.

Rebecca – Dental Nurse

Rebecca started her dental nursing career in 2019 and completed her qualifications at Caroline Springs Dental. During that time, she has built great rapport with co-workers and patients and has a high level of patient care.

Rebecca is passionate about a happy, positive and safe workplace.

Recently, Rebecca has completed training to assist with digital scanning and loves being a part of the process of creating happy smiles.

Rebecca will ensure you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have prior, during or after your appointment.

Courtney – Dental Nurse

Courtney started as a dental assistant and is currently continuing her education studying Bachelor of Hygiene and Therapy at Charles Sturt University. Once she finishes her degree, she hopes that she will be able to share her knowledge and educate patients on the importance of Oral Health and seeing the difference this can make in a patient’s life with a renewed sense of confidence.

Courtney is dedicated to the dental health care profession and strives to make all patients feel comfortable and at ease. She looks at each day as an opportunity to learn something new and Courntey’s lively personality, competence, and ability to connect wel with patients has been a huge asset to our dental practice.

Outside the dental office Courntey enjoys spending time with her husband and two children traveling the world; she has visited over 75 destinations.

Lisa Curmi Dental Nurse

Lisa has worked in the dental industry for the past 16 years. She joined Caroline Springs Dental in late 2017 and loves seeing the transformation of patients pre and post treatment. In Lisa’s spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Lisa has a passion for being outdoors, renovating and gardening.

Dr Singh Dental Specialist

Dr. Vineel Singh – Principal Dentist

Dr. Vineel Singh graduated with Bachelor of Dental Surgery from prestigious Otago University in New Zeeland (1998). Dr. Vin as known to his patients is passionate about all thing’s dentistry. He has spent numerous hours attending on going education. Growing up in New Zealand, Dr Vin practiced in Melbourne before moving with his family to the Gold Coast due to his children’s golf aspirations. He still maintains his private practice in Melbourne. Dr. Vin has had an extensive role in the dental industry – Teaching at Royal Melbourne University and mentoring dental students. His desire to achieve perfection has led him to invent dental devices.

Dr. Vin is a member of Australian Dental Association and a member of American Academy of cosmetic dentistry, He is also a certified Invisalign provider. He understands most patients may be apprehensive, he is dedicated in providing pain free dentistry in a relaxed environment. Dr. Vin practiced in Sanctuary Cove till 2020. He is now our principal dentist at Caroline Springs Dental.
